13 weeks pregnant, and i've started running everyday. trying to stay ahead of the following previous pregnancy annoyances:

1. 60lb weight gain.

2. constant lower back pain. (perhaps as a result of #1? yeah...perhaps...)

3. sciatic nerve issues (are you getting the theme here? again, refer to #1.)

at least my ankles aren't quite as fat as the shadows....yet.
